Dedham Savings Announces Promotion of Kara Echols to Human Resources Officer

Victoria Kane, Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer announced the promotion of Kara Echols to Human Resources Officer.

As Human Resources Officer, Echols manages the Bank’s payroll process and administers a wide range of benefits programs for all Bank employees. With over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field, Echols develops and implements an array of bank-wide wellness initiatives and other special activities and events designed to promote employee well-being and job satisfaction. Echols earned a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Eastern Nazarene College. She lives in Attleboro with her family.
