Dedham Savings Announces Promotion of Fouad Saba in Deposit Operations Division

Fouad Saba has been promoted to the position of Administrative Staff Director, Officer, according to an announcement by Tonia Reilly, Senior Vice President, Director of Deposit Operations & Digital Delivery at Dedham Savings.

Stated Reilly, “We are extremely pleased to recognize Fouad’s accomplishments and to reward his talents and commitment to our clients and community. His skills in decision making, attention to detail, and effective project and issue management will assure his success.”

In the role of Administrative Staff Director, Officer, Saba oversees the daily operations of the Deposit Operations division, including the Bank’s Contact Center, wires, fraud monitoring, and ACH processing. He also oversees Digital Banking/Digital Payments products and services, such as Online Account Opening, Bill Pay, Mobile and Remote Deposit Capture, & Cash Management services, and handles escalated issues. Saba also monitors and acts on systems-related bulletins, manages department vendors and contracts, and oversees project updates and reporting.

At Dedham Savings, Saba has served in multiple roles of increasing responsibility across the Retail Banking and Deposit Operations divisions. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business from Southern New Hampshire University.  Saba resides in Walpole and is active in the community participating in the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s, the Town of Dedham Annual Flag Day, Carroll Center for the Blind events, and the Annual James Joyce Ramble Road Race.
