Dedham Savings Announces Promotions for Mortgage Team
Laura Dorfman, Executive Vice President for Mortgage and Consumer Lending at Dedham Savings, has announced several promotions, including: Pauline Dzengelewski to Vice President, Residential Loan Officer; Diane Hutchinson to Vice President, Residential Lending Systems Administrator; Cynthia Sullivan to Vice President, Residential Loan Officer; Elizabeth Paolini to Assistant Vice President, Loan Officer; and Kyle Lewis to Residential Loan Officer.
Stated Dorfman, “The Mortgage team has done an outstanding job of supporting customers, even through the challenges presented by COVID-19 and during an unprecedented rise in Mortgage activity. These promotions recognize their exceptional performance.”
PAULINE DZENGELEWSKI
As Vice President, Residential Loan Officer, Pauline Dzengelewski assists customers with the home-buying process, working to simplify a complex process and help clients find the best mortgage for their individual circumstances. During her nearly 45 years working in community banking, Dzengelewski has become a seasoned banking professional, and has been helping customers with mortgages for more than 25 years. She lives in Sudbury and has two adult children.
DIANE HUTCHINSON
As Vice President, Residential Lending Systems Administrator, Diane Hutchinson oversees the Bank’s mortgage origination system and related applications, including managing updates and, upgrades, training, and staff support. She is also involved in the internal processing of construction loans and manages auditing responsibilities. During her nearly 25 years at Dedham Savings, she has served in multiple roles in lending and information technology. Hutchinson lives in Stoughton with her husband and their three children.
CYNTHIA SULLIVAN
Vice President, Residential Loan Officer, Cynthia Sullivan has served in multiple roles during her nearly 45-year career in banking. In her current position, she assists homebuyers with first mortgages and second homes, refinances of their current mortgage, and with construction loans. Sullivan is also an active volunteer in the community, serving on the Bank’s Habitat for Humanity and Walk to End Alzheimer’s teams. She lives in Walpole and has two adult children.
ELIZABETH PAOLINI
As Assistant Vice President, Loan Officer, Elizabeth Paolini works closely with customers through every step of the home buying, refinancing and construction loan processes. In her nearly 10 years at Dedham Savings, she has held a variety of roles on the residential lending team. Paolini holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics, with a Business Concentration, from Assumption College. For many years, she has volunteered with Habitat Humanity for their Boston Build Day. An avid softball player, Paolini lives in Foxboro.
KYLE LEWIS As Residential Loan Officer, Kyle Lewis assists customers with the homebuying and refinance process, with a special focus on home equity options. During his time at Dedham Savings, he has served in multiple roles, starting as a Teller and then transferring to the residential lending department. Lewis is an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and regularly participates on their annual build days. He lives in Roxbury with his family.
