Dedham Savings Announces Promotions in Marketing Division   

Liz Bissell, Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer at Dedham Savings, has announced promotions in the Marketing Division, including Judith Brazil to Vice President, Senior Marketing Manager and Kevin Donovan to Marketing Data & Communications Manager.

Stated Bissell, “Judy and Kevin have been key players in keeping an array of critical Marketing projects moving forward, in support of our own department’s initiatives, as well as those of other departments. Their experience and expertise bring a strong degree of capability to our fast-paced department and contribute greatly to the success of the Bank.”

JUDITH BRAZIL

As Vice President, Senior Marketing Manager, Brazil assists with developing the annual Marketing Plan and annual budget and assures that Marketing initiatives move successfully from conception to completion. She oversees the activities of the Marketing staff in moving projects forward according to plans, timelines, and budgets and in supporting the needs of departments throughout the Bank. Prior to joining Dedham Savings in 2022, Brazil held several senior marketing roles at local financial institutions where she managed successful marketing teams and growth campaigns. In addition to almost 40 years of retail and financial marketing experience, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Stonehill College and has earned several industry certifications, including social media marketing, integrated marketing communications and Babson College Executive Education ALM Certification.

Brazil serves on several Dedham Savings committees including Marketing, Multi-Cultural, and Employee Activities Committee. She resides in Braintree with her husband and has two adult children.

KEVIN DONOVAN

In his role as Marketing Data & Communications Manager, Donovan oversees the Bank’s Marketing Customer Information File (MCIF), utilizing the system and data to implement multiple bank-wide initiatives, including critical client onboarding and reboarding programs. He provides MCIF reporting to track results for programs throughout the Bank, including the Bank’s Digital Ambassador program. He also spearheads an MCIF User Group for bank marketing representatives throughout the country. In his Communications role, he is responsible for developing and implementing client-facing communication programs, including newsletters, emails and notices, direct mail, lobby messaging, surveys, and more. Additionally, Donovan manages the Marketing department’s adherence to compliance regulations. During his 20 years at Dedham Savings, he has held roles of increasing responsibility in Retail Banking, Deposit Operations, and Marketing. Donovan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Bridgewater State University. He resides in Norwood with his wife and son.
