Dedham Savings Announces Promotions in Retail Banking Division
Robert Erasmi, Senior Vice President of Retail Banking at Dedham Savings has announced several promotions in the Retail Banking Division, including: Heidi White to Vice President & Branch Administrator, Anna Conte to Vice President & Branch Manager, Stephanie Perkins to Assistant Vice President & Branch Manager, and Jacqueline Johnson to Branch Manager.

HEIDI WHITE
As Vice President & Branch Administrator, Heidi White is responsible for implementing and monitoring banking and transaction policies and procedures across the Bank’s nine full-service branches, as well as for the Bank’s satellite branches at four retirement villages. She has been part of the Retail Banking team for nearly 35 years and has held positions of increasing responsibility, serving most recently as the Branch Manager for the Main Office in Dedham. White attended Northeastern University. In the community, she has served on the board of HESSCO and the Neponset Valley Sunrise Rotary, and is also a volunteer for the Junior Achievement Program and a PTO Treasurer. She also participates in numerous community outreach efforts including Take A Walk, Cystic Fibrosis Walk, Norwood Day, and Dedham Savings’ Shred Day. White lives in Norwood with her husband, Tom, and has two adult daughters and two stepsons.
ANNA CONTE
As Vice President & Branch Manager, Anna Conte is tasked with overseeing staff, sales growth and administrative initiatives at the Bank’s East Dedham branch. She has been with the bank for nearly 35 years, holding positions of increasing responsibility. Conte earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bridgewater State University. In the local community, Conte participates in events such as the annual Flag Day parade in Dedham, and Career Day at local high schools. She is also an active volunteer at Bank events such annual Shred Day and serves on the Bank’s Manual Committee and Platform Committee.
STEPHANIE PERKINS
As Assistant Vice President & Branch Manager, Stephanie Perkins oversees the Bank’s Needham branch, including monitoring account opening and transaction procedures, training and overseeing employees, and working to grow deposits at the branch. She has been with Dedham Savings for almost 30 years. Perkins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UMASS, Boston, as well as a Certificate in Accounting from Curry College. She volunteers with the Visiting Nurse Association Community Council and the Charles River Center Events Committee. She lives in Norwood with her family.
JACQUELINE JOHNSON
As Branch Manager of Dedham Savings Main Office, and the Bank’s largest location, Jacqueline Johnson is responsible for administrative and sales initiatives, including training and overseeing a growing team of frontline employees. She holds an Associate Degree in Accounting and has also completed multiple educational workshops through the Massachusetts Bankers Association. In the community, Johnson volunteers with HESSCO Meals on Wheels, Earth Day clean ups, the annual Flag Day Parade, Dedham Walk and James Joyce Ramble, and well as many other community organizations. She is also active on internal bank committees. Johnson lives in Foxboro with her husband, Troy, and has two adult sons.
