Dedham Savings Announces Promotions in Retail Banking Division
Robert Erasmi, Executive Vice President, Chief Retail Banking Officer at Dedham Savings has announced several promotions in the Retail Banking Division, including: Heidi White to Senior Vice President & Branch Administrator, and Kim Attaya and Lisa Stanton to the positions of Branch Manager.

HEIDI WHITE
As Senior Vice President & Branch Administrator, Heidi White is responsible for providing daily leadership to the Bank’s nine full-service and four satellite locations as well as implementing and
monitoring banking and transaction policies and procedures. She has been part of the Retail Banking team for over 35 years and has held positions of increasing responsibility, serving most recently as Vice President & Branch Administrator. White attended Northeastern University. In the community, she has served on the board of HESSCO and the Neponset Valley Sunrise Rotary and is also a volunteer for the Junior Achievement Program and a PTO Treasurer. She also participates in numerous community outreach efforts including Take A Walk, Cystic Fibrosis Walk, Norwood Day, and Dedham Savings’ Shred Day. White lives in Norwood with her husband, Tom, and has two adult daughters and two stepsons.
KIM ATTAYA
As Branch Manager of the Bank’s Walpole branch, Kim Attaya provides financial expertise to customers through a variety of products and services with a focus on quality customer service. She also manages the daily operations of the branch, develops her staff to help them achieve their professional goals, and participates in local community events. Attaya began her banking career as a teller at Dedham Savings and has held many positions during her nearly 40 years with the Bank. She lives in Mansfield with her husband Richard and has two children.
LISA STANTON
As Branch Manager of the Bank’s Sharon branch, Lisa is responsible for daily branch operations, including encouraging, developing, and mentoring her retail team while driving sales and service goals. She has been with the Bank for nearly 25 years and has completed multiple educational workshops through the Massachusetts Bankers Association. Stanton is an active member of the community and volunteers with Saint Vincent de Paul, Toys for Tots, and the Westwood Senior Center. She also serves on several internal bank committees. Stanton lives in Walpole with her husband Paul.
