Dedham Savings Community Foundation Supports Foxboro Regional Center for Performing Arts

The Dedham Savings Community Foundation has donated to Foxboro Regional Center for Performing Arts, also known as the Marilyn Rodman Performing Arts Center (MRPAC). Grant funds will support the organization’s capital campaign to address critical safety and ADA compliance needs for the historic 400-seat multi-use facility, the 1926 Orpheum Theater, located in the heart of Foxboro. Planned improvements include: ADA compliant access and egress ramp; installation of ADA compliant entry doors including motorized push button access leaves; restoration of and re-imagining of the building entry plaza through the addition of handrails and guardrails reducing plaza steps and other barriers; replacement of sidewalk and plaza surfaces; and restoration of abutting vertical surface finishes.
