Dedham Savings Promotes Members of Deposit Operations Team

Tonia Reilly, Senior Vice President, Director of Deposit Operations & Digital Delivery at Dedham Savings, announced several promotions in the Deposit Operations Division, including Gina Iantosca to Vice President, Consumer Digital Applications Officer; Deleila Erasmi to Assistant Vice President, and Consumer Digital Support Officer; and Pina Reda to Assistant Vice President, Quality Assurance Officer.

GINA IANTOSCA

As Vice President, Consumer Digital Applications Officer, Iantosca manages the Bank’s ever-expanding suite of digital services and is responsible for all consumer online, mobile, and digital account opening channels. She works to ensure the Bank stays current with industry and technology trends and provides internal and client support for all issues related to digital banking. Iantosca is responsible for resolving Automated Clearing House (ACH) and Reg E-related disputes, and investigating and recovering funds for clients and the Bank. She has worked at Dedham Savings for nearly 35 years and has served in roles of increasing responsibility in Deposit Operations over the years. Iantosca earned an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) Certification through the National Automated Clearinghouse Association. She lives in Walpole with her husband and three children.

DELEILA ERASMI 

As Assistant Vice President, Consumer Digital Support Officer, Erasmi leads the Client Contact Center, where she also serves as the lead Digital Ambassador for Contact Center and support staff. She manages all deposit and client-related technology issues and leads the team assisting clients with issues related to fraud. She also serves on the Digital Implementation Team, working to improve the client experience and provide leading edge digital solutions. A past recipient of the Dedham Savings annual 1831 Ebenezer Burgess President’s Award, which recognizes employee volunteerism and community spirit, Erasmi participates in several Bank community teams such as Cystic Fibrosis & Walk to End Alzheimer’s. She lives in Walpole with her husband, and they are expecting their first child.

PINA REDA 

As Assistant Vice President, Quality Assurance Officer, Reda oversees the Quality Control Department and manages Deposit Operations audits and new product development. She oversees the deposit system, new product development, special products, and deposit rates, ensuring that deposit product offerings and programs are created and maintained accurately. During her 40-year tenure, Reda has worked in positions of increasing resp0nsiblity in Deposit Operations. She is also active in community events at the Bank, including the Annual Dedham Flag Day parade. Reda resides in Dedham with her husband, children and grandchildren and owns a local family business.
