You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the bank account(s) that you have entered on Dedham Savings Loan Easy Pay service and authorize Dedham Savings to store that banking information on this service.

You agree that this authorization will remain in full force and effect until Dedham Savings has received notification from you of its termination in such time and in such manner as to afford Dedham Savings a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
