“Text Us” Terms and Conditions
The Dedham Savings “Text Us” Digital First Omnichannel process allows users to text Dedham Savings for assistance during business hours.
To use our “Text Us” service, just follow these instructions:
- Text your message to 781-355-7390
- By initiating this text, you agree to the Terms and Conditions on this page
- Note that Dedham Savings will only text users who have initiated the “Text Us” process. Message & data rates may apply and you may text “STOP” at any point to unsubscribe
- After texting us, you’ll receive the following Welcome message:
“Thank you for contacting Dedham Savings. Msg & Data rates may apply. Text STOP to unsubscribe. An agent will be with you shortly.”
- If you “Text Us” while the Bank is closed, you’ll receive the following message:
“Thank you for contacting Dedham Savings. We’re currently closed, but we’re excited to assist you. Please reach out during our normal business hours: Monday to Wednesday and Friday 8:00 – 5:30, Thursdays 8:00 – 6:00 and Saturdays 9:00-1:00.”
- If you text “STOP,” you’ll receive the following opt out message; note that Dedham Savings will only be able to text you if you opt back in again:
“Texting STOP has unsubscribed you from receiving text messages from this number. Text START to receive text messages again.”
- If you would like to use the “Text Us” service again, text “START” and you will receive the following message:
“You have texted START and will begin receiving text messages again from this number. Text STOP to unsubscribe.”
Dedham Savings will never share your mobile number with any third party.
